Tour and evaluate
I'll book showings, walk every property with you, and flag the things that aren't in the listing photos.

Comparable analysis, conditions that protect you, and quietly firm negotiation on price and terms.

Inspection and financing
Coordinate the home inspection, financing, and condo document review so nothing slips between the cracks.

Closing & keys
Final walk-through, lawyer hand-off, possession day. I'll be there to make sure it goes smoothly.
